Kijjambu Family
The triplets celebrated their fourth birthday in September
Youth Camp
The camp was held between 2nd & 6th September; the theme was ‘Working together, without complaining’ (Phil 2:14).
600 young people attended, mainly from Uganda but others came from Kenya and Rwanda. Ernie Bayton led 10 Bible teaching sessions throughout the week; Peter Opolo, a Kenyan pastor, also assisted with Bible teaching throughout the week.
Camp activities included workshops, games, competitions, discussion groups, sports activities, plenty of singing and dancing, Q&A sessions. For some it was meeting up with old friends and others it was making new ones. Many young people made first-time commitments to Jesus Christ.
Church
The weekly church activities continue to flourish.
Recently a man from another faith background became a Christian. Pray for him and the changes to his life and relationships with his family and friends.
Farm
Thirteen tons of maize was harvested from the first crop at Jerusalem Farm; a second crop covering 35 acres has been planted; 10 cows and 20 hens are amongst the first livestock at the farm; plans for two water dams and a borehole are under consideration.
Firstfruits of maize at Jerusalem Farm
Those are 6 pieces. They came from 6 seeds we planted a few months ago. Each piece has 500 seeds on it. That is the power of a seed.
Therefore, the law of harvest is understood when the seed is sown for Kingdom purposes. We give God all the glory
